A heartfelt and relatable novel from Phil Bildner, weaving the real history of Los Angeles Dodger and Oakland Athletic Glenn Burke--the first professional baseball player to come out as gay--into the story of a middle-school kid learning to be himself.
When sixth grader Silas Wade does a school presentation on former Major Leaguer Glenn Burke, it's more than just a report about the irrepressible inventor of the high five. Burke was a gay baseball player in the 1970s--and for Silas, the presentation is his own first baby step toward revealing a truth about himself he's tired of hiding. Soon he tells his best friend, Zoey, but the longer he keeps his secret from his baseball teammates, the more he suspects they know something's up--especially when he stages one big cover-up with terrible consequences. A High Five for Glenn Burke is Phil Bildner's most personal novel yet--a powerful story about the challenge of being true to yourself, especially when not everyone feels you belong on the field.Binding Type: Hardcover

Excellent For the Price
The mount is much smaller than I had originally thought but that does not really pose a problem as the straps are excessively long allowing for large items. It is very straight forward and easy to install. The plastic buckle on the provided straps are less than impressive as they do not tighten as much as I would like. That having said that I'm not in fear of it falling because each is secure and snug against the console.
If your item is larger than the mount than it will be able to move length-wise as the straps are not connected to the mount but rather you push them through the provided slots. On my next install, I'm going to try using a wedge or clamp that will keep the straps secured to the mount to mitigate this.
The install hardware consist of 6 bear-claw style drywall screws. These are have very poor quality control as 2 of the screws had 1/4in metal shavings attached to them one of which sliced open my finger during install. I was using a simple screwdriver and was being moderately careful as to not damage the plastic. I recommend using anchors that you are more familiar with. Also I will be using washers next time as the holes in the plastic have a small lip in them that the screw is supposed to snug up to and I don't feel as comfortable with it after actually mounting the console. I did a fair amount of tugging on the straps to try and tighten them and was worried I may pull the mount loose.
Over all, I very much like this item. It is very versatile and you cannot beat the price. i will defiantly be buying this again and using my own hardware to mount so that I feel more secure putting expensive items 6 ft off the ground.

My fave ever
I bought this to travel for a summer camp and still use it, two years later! It is now my everyday jewelry container. The gold clasp has held up well and closes well. Very easy to use and structurally sound! I love the color and overall vibe of it too- very straight forward. I use the top portion for long earrings, so know if you do that, it can be finnicky, if you have fun or funky shaped earrings- so just know they may get caught but it's such an easy fix. I would say it is about the size of half of an American Girl doll. Maybe around the size of half a goose.

Love this! Sturdy and elegant
I have a small selection of jewelry pieces I wear but I needed something that would keep them all together in one place. This jewelry box is fantastic! And It fits two pairs of sunglasses on the bottom compartment. I like that there’s a little tab to help pull up the top part. It was actually a bit bigger than expected which is a good thing. And still small enough for traveling. The necklace tabs are sturdy and hold them in place. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Practical jewelry box
This jewelry box is both beautiful and functional. The finish looks elegant, and the compartments are well thought out for rings, earrings, and necklaces. It keeps everything organized and easy to find. The size is perfect to be carried for travel.
