Name: Boron nitride nanosheet dispersion solution
Product Overview
Boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) are two-dimensional nanomaterials with unique structure and properties. A graphite-like layered structure is formed by boron (B) and nitrogen (N) atoms bonded through covalent bonds. The layers interact with each other through weak van der Waals forces. Boron nitride nanosheets are good insulators with low conductivity, excellent electrical insulators, and are effective in transferring heat.
Technical Parameter
Flake: 80-200 nm
Thickness: 10-20 nm
Solvent: Water
Concentration:~0.1mg/mL
Product Features
Excellent thermal stability: able to maintain structural stability at high temperatures.
Good chemical inertness: stable in most chemical environments.
High thermal conductivity: good heat transfer material.
Electrical insulation: excellent electrical insulation properties.
Application Fields
Electronics : Due to their two-dimensional structure and excellent electronic properties, boron nitride nanosheets can be used in applications such as nanoelectronic devices, transistors and quantum dots.
Carriers : Boron nitride nanosheets can be used as catalyst carriers for catalytic reactions and energy applications to improve catalytic efficiency and stability. Sensors, etc.
Coating and lubricating materials : Due to its excellent mechanical properties, boron nitride nanosheets can be used to prepare coatings and lubricating materials to improve the wear resistance and friction properties of the materials and extend the service life of the equipment.
Related Information
Boron nitride nanosheet dispersion solution is better when the concentration is less than 1mg/ml, but after being placed for a period of time, there is still a little precipitation, which should be shaken before use.
