- Seamless deep-drawn 304 stainless steel liner with matching 304L jacket for maximum hygiene and durability.
- 2/3 steam jacket provides fast, even heat transfer up to 30 psi operating pressure.
- 2″ compression draw-off valve (304 SS) with removable perforated disc strainer (¼″ holes) for easy product transfer and particulate control.
- (3) heavy-duty 2″ Ø stainless legs, reinforced bracing and adjustable flanged feet keep the kettle rock-solid on uneven floors.
- Deep-dome optional cover available (recommended when operating without mixer).
Factory-Mounted Twin-Shaft Mixer (MV Series)
- Two-speed, totally-enclosed gear motor tailored for 20-100 gal kettles — select low speed for gentle circulation or high speed for vigorous agitation.
- 304 SS anchor-style main agitator hugs the kettle wall; removable nylon blades continuously scrape for zero scorch & no manual stirring.
- Counter-rotating secondary beater breaks up particulates and improves heat distribution.
- Actuator-assisted lift raises the agitator, scraper and bridge for effortless product loading or cleaning.
- Bayonet mounts allow both shafts to release in seconds for sanitation or for running the kettle without the mixer.
- Built-in safety interlock prevents high-speed start-ups unless the mixer is fully engaged.
