Important
Lash caps (P/N 00-4006-0) are required for all stainless steel valve applications — sold separately. 12mm long-reach spark plugs must be used in place of stock Bosch plugs. Verify rocker arm geometry and check for coil bind with dual springs.

CONFIRMED: VW Type 1 dual-port performance builds running 90.5mm or 92mm bore with high-lift / high-RPM cams — 1776cc, 1835cc, 1914cc. Beetle, Bus, Karmann Ghia, Type 3, Thing. NOT CONFIRMED: stock 85.5mm or 94mm bore, single-port engines, Type 4 engines.
