Rubino. Al naso si esprime con sentori di frutti rossi, note erbacee e cenni speziati. Al palato emerge, fin da subito, una buona freschezza; è equilibrato e di invitante mineralità.Il "Quota N - Vino di Contrada" di Eduardo Torres Acosta nasce da una vecchia vigna a piede franco sita in contrada Nave, sul versante nord-ovest dell'Etna. Il nome richiama quello della vigna, che fa riferimento, a sua volta, alle strade di campagna locali, chiamate appunto "strade quota nave". Affinato in cemento e legno per 9/10 mesi, è un rosso succoso e di piacevole slancio.
Ottimo in abbinamento ai primi, si sposa bene sia con le carni rosse che con le carni bianche.
